All custom web design, SEO optimization, Google Ads management, and aerial drone video deliverables are performed pursuant to written client agreements. D4UW LLC ensures clients receive complete asset ownership upon full satisfaction of project invoices.
3. Limitation of Liability
While D4UW LLC employs industry-leading search engine optimization and advertising strategies, search algorithms and advertising auction rates remain subject to third-party policies (e.g., Google, Meta). D4UW LLC does not guarantee specific organic ranking positions or exact revenue values outside contractual commitments.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive jurisdiction in Osceola County.
